Home Repair Inspection Fees:

Inspection Appointment: 150 CAD per visit.

Fee Calculation:

After the inspection, the final fee will be calculated based on the actual repair work required.

Any additional costs must be paid after the repair is completed.

Special Repairs:

The above fee structure only applies to general inspection services.

For special repairs, fees will be determined based on the specific project.

Fee assessment for special repairs will be conducted after the in-person evaluation.
